Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of you ordering (excluding weekends), and delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on location). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Custom orders may take up to two weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you create custom pieces and what are the prices?

Custom pieces can be created based on size, medium, and select colors. The cost of a custom art piece depends on factors such as size, complexity, time, and materials needed for the project. Please contact tawanna@tawannatheartist.com to discuss your needs and a customized quote will be created within 24-48 hours.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be provided a tracking number.

Do you accept payment plans?

We accept a variety of secure online payment options including affirm, after pay, and paypal which may offer a “pay in four” option.

What is the refund policy?

I do accept returns on all my original paintings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days and you will be refunded. You will need to send the painting back in the original packaging and cover the cost of return shipping and insurance.

What if the art returns damaged?

In the case your artwork arrives damaged, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have the delivery company mark the shipment as “received damaged.” Please take photos of the damaged parcel and artwork and contact me by mail with the pictures at tawanna@tawannatheartist.com. I will provide you with the return address where to ship back the damaged artwork.
